UW-Green Bay Offering Certificate in Exceptional Customer Service

Posted on 6-19-2024

UW-Green Bay now offers a new certificate program designed to deliver a distinctive customer experience that not only impresses customers but also creates value, growth and competitive advantage. Local experts from Festival Foods, Kohler and Prevea Health will share insights gained from thousands of customer interactions and connections over five sessions.

Today’s customers are looking for a personal connection with the companies they engage with. This means that customer experience is of paramount importance to every company and affects every single touchpoint between your company and customers—from sales to marketing to product development to billing to customer service.

“Customer service isn’t just about transactions,” said Jess Lambrecht, executive officer of UW-Green Bay Continuing Education and Workforce Training. “It’s about building relationships and leaving a lasting impression. As we prepare for the NFL Draft and the influx of visitors to our community, it’s crucial that we showcase the warmth and hospitality that define us. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive memory, not just for our local residents but also for those visiting from afar. Let’s ensure that each guest leaves feeling welcomed, valued, and eager to return.”

The program is suitable for new or existing employees or whole teams.

The program was designed to help employees embrace a customer-centric mindset with courses that will help to set your company apart. The program comprises five interactive modules available online anytime and take approximately five hours to complete. Upon successful completion of sessions, participants can earn a UW-Green Bay Exceptional Customer Service badge.

Registration is now open.
