Tracing one’s ancestors is a rewarding opportunity to discover and preserve a family history for generations to come. The Brown County Library’s Genealogy 101 series focuses on the best methods of searching within a variety of resources that may reveal very interesting or little-known information about a family.
Register to attend Genealogy 101, the Brown County Library – Local History and Genealogy Department’s free series and learn how to search, document, maintain, and preserve your family history. The series begins January 20, 2024, and runs through April 6.
All programs will be held in the Auditorium (equipped with a hearing loop) of the Central Library, 515 Pine Street, Downtown Green Bay, from 9:15am to 10:45am. Scheduled bonus programs will follow from 10:50am until 12:Noon. The library opens at 9:00am. Parking is free.
