Extension Brown County to Offer Leadership Training ~ Open to the Public

Empowering leaders today for a better tomorrow. Registration Open – The deadline to sign up is March 23rd, 2022!

Elevando Wisconsin is designed to elevate your personal and community leadership skills and build a network of leaders across Wisconsin. The program consists of five online sessions from March — May 2022. Sessions will be in Spanish and English.

This Program is For You, IF…

You’re interested in making a difference in Wisconsin and anyone with a passion for leading and/or helping others.

Sessions will include the following:

Access to 5 live half-day workshops, covering the following topics:
Personal strengths
Setting leadership goals/defining your leadership journey
Building your network as a leader
Understanding yourself and others for improved communication
Promoting equity & inclusion
Keeping cultures alive
Taking care of yourself so you can lead others

You’ll also make new connections and be part of building a statewide network of leaders!

Network Building for Leaders – April 6, 2022, 8:30AM-12:30PM
Communication & Connection – April 20, 2022, 8:30AM-12:30PM
Promoting Inclusivity & Equity – May 4, 2022, 8:30AM-12:30PM
Leadership & Growth Mindset – May 18, 2022, 8:30AM-12:30PM

To complete Elevando Wisconsin, participants are expected to commit the time to fully participate in the program by attending four all-day sessions (5 hours each day) between March and May.
