CP Telethon Weekend: First-Ever Livestream Event This Saturday – March 2nd!

CP is thrilled to be hosting their first ever livestream event as part of Telethon weekend. The virtual doors will open on Saturday, March 2nd from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. You will be treated to some great content featuring CP’s clients and staff.

This inaugural livestream event includes four segments:

Health and Wellness will focus on exercise equipment clients use to keep their bodies and minds healthy and active. They’ll also be making a healthy recipe!

This or That will feature members of CP’s therapy team as they share tips and ideas to help any parent. From sippy cups to screen time, they will talk about equipment, toys, and activities that can be beneficial when it comes to your child’s development.

Coffee Klatch is based on a popular class in CP’s Adult Day Services program. Do you have a question about having a disability but you weren’t sure how you ask? This is the group you want to talk to! A few of CP’s clients will be ready to take your questions.

Family Feud is just a way to celebrate CP and that they do indeed have a lot of fun! Those who register for the Livestream have the option to participate in a survey that CP will use to determine the answers, so be sure to watch and see if your answer made the cut!

CP will also be offering some fun incentives to  viewers; like games, playlists, recipes, and other resources.

CP’s main goal has always been to ensure the Telethon remains a successful event. As the community continues to change and become more diverse, CP’s staff knew it was important to consider additional options to keep the Telethon and CP top of mind.

The Livestream offers a unique option for viewers to interact with CP’s staff and clients in real time by asking questions, and sharing comments and experiences simply by using a computer, phone, or other mobile device. The Livestream also gives clients a new way to share what CP means to them on a more personal level.
