Allouez is seeking an innovative and experienced local government professional to collaborate closely with its elected officials and administrative staff to continue to build a great team to meet the future challenges and opportunities of its dynamic and historically progressive community.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related filed.

Prefer at least 5 years progressive municipal management experience.

Consideration of candidates with private sector or military experience will be made if they can demonstrate accomplishments that directly relate to the skills required.

Residency in the Village is encouraged but not required.

A proven leader who has the experience of guiding a municipality through a period of redevelopment and organizational change and the strong ability to cultivate positive and productive relationships with the village board, staff, business community and citizens.

Desire experience in budget development/management; strategic community planning; human resources and supervision; community engagement and economic development.

Demonstrate a high level of both personal and professional integrity.

Possess open and positive communication skills with a strong willingness to be active and engaged in the community.
