Assistant Brewer – Part Time

Zambaldi Beer is looking for a part time Assistant Brewer to join our team. This is an entry-level position, so no experience is necessary. Basic knowledge of the brewing process is helpful, but not necessary.

Duties:

Clean brew system, fermentation vessels, and brite tanks
Clean kegs
General brewery cleaning
Raw ingredient processing
Fill kegs from brite tank
Work a station on the bottling line
Build packaging for bottling
Stock draft cooler
Work at brewfests and other sampling events
Build and wrap orders for distributors

Job Requirements:

Willingness to learn
Punctuality
Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Ability to lift and carry 55 lbs
Ability to work on your feet, climb stairs, lift, bend, reach, manipulate small pieces of equipment, and work in tight quarters
Reliable transportation and a driver’s license
