Celebrate 2022: Women on the Rise

Where

2420 Nicolet Dr. , Green Bay Wisconsin, 54311 - Weidner Center for the Performing Arts

“Celebrate 2022: Women on the Rise” is an evening of networking, sharing knowledge and resources, and inspiration.

The evening’s agenda includes networking, cocktails and appetizers; an overview of the state of women’s leadership and career development in Northeast Wisconsin (based on the Institute’s 2021 inaugural survey); and a presentation by Denise Hamilton, a nationally recognized inclusion strategist and founder of WatchHerWork. An optional coffee and dessert mix and opportunity to mingle with Hamilton concludes the evening.

In her workshop, “Master Yourself, Master Your World,” Hamilton will share 10 ways for women to change their lives and career by changing the ONLY thing that’s actually in their control—THEMSELVES. Hamilton will also share actionable tips for designing a career and life to be proud of.

Women from across the region and those who mentor and supervise them—including men—are encouraged to attend the event. Cost for the evening is $30 per person; members of the Institute and students are free. To learn more about the Celebrate 2022 event, please visit the website at https://www.uwgb.edu/womens-leadership/women-on-the-rise/.
