Webster Mall Demolition in Allouez Begins October 23rd: What Residents Need to Know
Local residents of Allouez and neighboring communities are advised of the impending demolition of the Webster Mall, located at 1905 S. Webster Avenue. The process, spearheaded by Best Enterprises, a local contractor from De Pere, will commence on Monday, October 23rd.
The project is estimated to be completed in approximately 60 days. While the majority of the area around the demolition site will be impacted, it’s crucial for regular visitors to know that primary access to McDonald’s via Webster Avenue will be uninterrupted.
Those who use St. Joseph Street to get to McDonald’s should take note that access will be temporarily closed for the duration of the demolition. At this stage, no other traffic diversions or disruptions are anticipated.
The demolition paves the way for prospective development in the region. While the exact details of what’s next for the property have not been revealed, residents and business owners curious about the future plans or with any questions regarding the ongoing process can reach out to Trevor Fuller, the Director of Planning & Community Development. He is available at the Village Hall and can be contacted at 920-448-2800.
The community is urged to be cautious and patient during this period of redevelopment, and to stay updated with the latest news from local authorities.
